Stem wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born from frustration — years of watching good people with real hunger and genuine potential get thrown into roles with no real support, and scripts that fell apart the moment pressure arrived.
The industry was producing order-takers, not closers. Developing dependence, not confidence. And the businesses built on top of those foundations weren't built to last — they were built to survive the quarter. That wasn't good enough for us.
What we hope to accomplish is simple — a world where every person who enters this industry leaves better than they arrived. Developed. Empowered. Building something that outlasts them.
